[PH7.0] A world full of options

This is a world full of options. From vernacular to hi-tech or even digital architecture, none of them can be a standard or absolute favorite. Different types can co-exist at the same time in this world. Which type we choose to build is optional, but the question is if the right style and type are really built in the right place.

[PH7.0] Consumer should make choice, but not list.

Ordinary consumers don't know what they really need. What they usually "want" is not what they really need. Consumer's decisions are usually not objective, and easily affected by the things which surround them like advertisement, fashion or words from somebody else. So, let the professionals do their job. Consumer should only need to make choice from the suggestions made by professionals, but not try to be a professional to make a list by themselves for their further choice.

[PH7.0] Lift the public open space in urban area !!!

Some outdoor spaces in urban area are often wasted for just single function like parking lot or park. Of course it's good to have these spaces in urban area to fulfill our needs, but it's even better to introduce more functions to a existing open space for increasing the uses of the site. Especially for the public open space in urban area, the existing open space can be lifted, and the new functions can be added under this existing "layer". A multi-layered open space can create more attraction for people to come because of its variety of functions. It's always very important to enhance the capacity of the existing public open spaces in the city center because in such area surrounded by private spaces people really need more places where everybody can go there. By lifting the existing public open space, the increasing needs of public service can also be served. Public functions like parking lots, information center and green space can be integated together under the existing layer.
