Yi, These are my opinions about your latest detail...I hope that it's helpful for you...Look forward to see you comment about this...
or you can call me to discuss this
maybe next time you can post your drawing here...hehe
hi there Pochun, thanks for your insights! about the things...
1.) i within the height of the insulation, approximate 100 x 200 mm i have a houten regelwerk, together with the kozijn, i thought that will be enough...??
2.) about the balcony option, i dont know about that, thanks, with the way insulation is wrapped around, the kanalenplaat on the outside is fully packed in, only the ligger where upon the kanalenplaten rest is still exposed to the exterior condition...
3.) the sit construction is exactly wooden construction, i thought of some multiplex plate cut in the form of the sit placed at a distance and covered up with wooden latten, some what like the public sits at the schouwburg plein in rotterdam, too bad it is not that clear, can you also tell me how to draw will let the idea be clearer? thanks!
i will send u the same pics again by email so things can be clearer viewed, if u then discover anything else, please dont hesitate to tell me...!!
my opinion:
2)I think that indoor space can be better isloated with the help of balkonplaat, since you have exposed beams. But I'm not sure if your load-bearing construction is made by timber or concrete...If it's timber construction, then the exposed beam is ususally acceptable regard to the "koudbrug".
3) I think the bench construction of Schouwbrugplein is made by steel. Using steel in place of wood may be more convenient to make the sit cons and it's stronger and easier to assemble. By the way, I'll post the picture of the bench on the schouwbrugplein which is copied from A+U 336.
